The best kind of summer fun is on the Farm!

Summer Camp on the farm is where friendships and memories are made! Campers will enjoy nature exploration, wilderness survival workshops, arts & crafts projects, science & discovery projects, team sports & games, water fun days & swimming, game & talent shows, farm animal interactions and summer learning that is fun and engaging! Our farm is home to over 150 animals including Alpacas, goats, pigs, cows, chickens, ponies, and more! Our summer camp farm has a gathering barn with stage, stables and riding arena, classrooms, art room, pool, playground and more! Hundreds of campers have made summer memories at Summer Camp on the farm and we can't wait to spend another awesome summer camp with our campers! 

Summer Days on the Farm is for ages 5 - 13 years old. Younger siblings that are potty trained and have older siblings attending may reach out for enrollment approval. Send requests to: [email protected]

Option 1. Full Day: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Full day camp is $200.00 per week. 

Check-in: 8:50am - 9:00am / Check-out: 2:50pm - 3:00pm
Full day students should bring: Packed nut free lunch, Refillable water bottle, sunscreen with the first application applied before check-in, lifejacket (if needed), swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes with all items clearly marked with their name and in a backpack. 
Price includes all supplies for activities and camp registration.

Option 2. Half Day: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Half day camp is $100.00 per week.
Check-in: 8:50am - 9:00am / Check-out: 11:50am - 12:00pm
Half day students should bring: Refillable water bottle, sunscreen with the first application applied before check-in, lifejacket (if needed), swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes with all items clearly marked with their name and in a backpack.
Price includes all supplies for activities and camp registration.

GENERAL RULES:
We agree to be respectful to others. This rule applies to adults and children. Bullying of any kind (name-calling, physical violence, gossiping, etc.) will not be tolerated. In the event of inappropriate behavior, the offender will be submitted to the Director for review.
We agree to not bring Tree Nut or Peanut containing products. We have several members with severe, life-threatening allergies to peanuts and Tree Nuts. Products containing peanuts and Tree Nuts are NOT allowed at any Alternate Community Education, LLC. activities.
We agree to be illness free for at least 48 hours before attending. Children and parents must be fever (even low-grade fever) free before attending Farm School or activities for at least 48 hours. We also ask that you have been free of the following symptoms for 48 hours before attending: vomiting, diarrhea, skin infections, rashes, signs of infectious illness, and on-going cough.
We agree to respect the facilities and venues we use. Please be mindful of all facilities ACE/SHN uses and event hosts grounds; do not walk in flower beds, do not pick flowers or plants, do not hang on or climb any fixtures inside or outside the facilities, etc.
We understand that events may be canceled. If Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale or Bella Vista public schools are closed due to weather, then we are closed as well. We also may cancel an event for various reasons even when public schools are not canceled. Cancellations will be sent out via e-mail and text message. It is your responsibility to check to see if classes are canceled ahead of time.
We understand that there is a NO Refund policy. We understand that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of my participation and attendance.
I Agree that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the general rules of the Alternate Community Educations, LLC.
I grant Alternate Community Education, LLC. the right to take photographs of me and my family in connection with the Alternate Community Education and/or Social Homeschoolers Networks activities, classes and events. I authorize the Alternate Community Education, LLC , its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
I agree that Alternate Community Education, LLC may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and web content. I understand that Group Photos may be used in advertising. I understand that during Group Photos, it is my responsibility to remove myself and my children from the the photo area.

IN CONSIDERATION of being a participant of the Alternate Community Education, LLC. and being permitted to utilize the facilities the group uses
I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound for my family, do hereby:
Acknowledge that participation in Alternate Community Education, LLC programs, and utilization of the facilities the group uses could expose my family to possible risks of personal injury, and I assume all risks inherent in such participation and/or utilization; Release and agree to indemnify Alternate Community Education, LLC, which includes any owners, teachers, leaders, staff members, employees, team moms, director and volunteers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, or cost of any nature whatsoever from any and all claims by or against my family for property damage, personal injury, and/or claims arising from my family’s participation and/or utilization, including claims that are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, future or contingent; Agree that my family shall not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit, or other legal proceeding against either Alternate Community Education, LLC., or the facilities the group uses arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the actions, causes of action, claims, and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by me; Agree that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the rules of the Alternate Community Education, LLC.
LATE PICKUP POLICY: I understand that pick-up times are not flexible. I understand that there is a designated time frame for pick-up. For each additional 10 minutes thereafter, I understand that I will be charged $10.00 per minute.
